Terms of Service
- Eligibility: Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to engage in repair or purchase services.
- Service Description: iRepair provides repair services for smartphones, tablets, and computers, along with the sale of mobile accessories and refurbished devices.
- Service Request: By submitting a device for repair, you are agreeing to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your device. Failure to do so may result in a refusal of service.
Repairs
- Turnaround Time: While we strive to complete repairs quickly, turnaround times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of repair services.
- Service Guarantee: All repairs carry a 90 Days warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover subsequent damage or misuse after the device has been returned to you.
- Liability: iRepair is not responsible for any data loss on devices submitted for repair. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting any device for repair.
Pricing and Payment
- Estimates: An estimate for repair will be provided after initial diagnosis. This estimate is subject to change if additional problems are identified during repair.
- Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the repair or prior to the return of the repaired device.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of iRepair and typically only in the case of a service failure that cannot be rectified by iRepair.
Purchases
- Product Availability: All refurbished devices and accessories are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
- Returns Policy: Returns or exchanges of accessories or refurbished devices must be made within [specific time period, e.g., 14 days] of purchase and must be in their original condition.
Intellectual Property
The content, arrangement and layout of this site, including, but not limited to, the trademarks, photos, logos, text, and other intellectual property contained therein, are owned by iRepair, barring any third-party trademarks, which belong to their respective owners. No use of iRepair’s intellectual property is allowed without explicit written permission from iRepair.
User Responsibility
- Device Condition: You declare that any device submitted for repair is legally owned by you. iRepair reserves the right to refuse service for any device that is suspected to be stolen.
- Data Backup: It is solely your responsibility to back up all software and data that is stored on your device. iRepair will not be responsible for loss or recovery of data or programs.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
iRepair reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
